Mobile App (iOS and Android) Our ShiningSea Naturals mobile app is designed with privacy in mind:

  • The app collects no personal information from you.
  • Your shopping cart and favorites are stored locally on your device only and are never transmitted to us or any third party.
  • The app uses Firebase solely for push notifications (such as cart reminders) and anonymous crash reporting to help us improve stability. No personally identifiable data is collected through Firebase.
  • The app requests access to your calendar only when you actively choose to add an event or market. This allows the app to add the event directly to your native calendar app. No calendar data is read or stored by us.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected on the website solely to:

  • Process and fulfill your orders
  • Provide customer support
  • Send occasional updates if you have opted in to our newsletter

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

  • Stripe – Secure payment processing for website orders.
  • Firebase – Used only for push notifications and anonymous crash reporting in the mobile app.
  • WordPress & Hosting – Our website platform.

  • You can clear all local data in the mobile app (cart and favorites) by clearing the app cache or reinstalling the app.
