Ordering: We do not accept phone or email orders. All orders must be placed online.

Contacting Us: Spam calling is out of control so we do not provide a phone number. Please use our Contact Form to reach out if needed.

Payments: For your convenience we accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are charged in real time at checkout so please make sure your order is correct before finalizing. Changes cannot be made after the order is submitted.

Coupon Codes: Make sure to add any coupon codes during checkout. We cannot add them after your payment has been processed. Please sign up for our email list to receive special savings and promotions!

Returns and refunds: All orders come with a 14 day money back guarantee. Simply return your order within 14 days of delivery to receive a refund of the original purchase price. We will only accept returns of unused, unopened merchandise in perfect condition. Please use packing materials to pad the products and protect them during return shipping. We can only refund your money if the items are returned undamaged and within 14 days. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Shipping and Handling: ShiningSea Naturals ships orders to the USA only, usually within 1-3 days via USPS Ground Advantage. (Continental U.S. only, our choice of carrier, we most frequently ship via USPS) Incorrect shipping addresses entered during checkout will result in additional charges if your order must be rerouted or re-shipped.

Backordered Products: On occasion our products may be backordered. If we believe we can have your order ready to ship to you in a reasonable timeframe, we will contact you to ensure you are satisfied with that timeframe. If not, we will promptly refund your money.

Incorrect, Damaged, Lost or Stolen Goods: If your package arrives with incorrect or damaged items, please save all contents and packing materials and contact us within 3 days or receiving the package. We may require pictures. If you suspect your package was lost during shipment, please contact us promptly. If you suspect your package is stolen after being delivered, you must file a mail-theft complaint. Packages marked as delivered by the carrier that are missing are not our responsibility. Issues with package deliveries must be reported to us within 14 days, with no exceptions.
